Lee Anne Morgan, MS, CCC-SLP
Lee Anne Morgan is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the Mississippi University for Women. She has been serving families in Desoto County through pediatric private practice therapy since 2009. She has experience in many treatment areas and specializes in early language development and feeding/swallowing therapy. Lee Anne also specializes in using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) for nonverbal and preverbal children and has had training in Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP), a proven therapeutic approach that uses consistent motor plans for accessing vocabulary. Lee Anne is also a certified yoga instructor. In her free time, she enjoys having adventures with her husband, Matt, their three children, Hannah Bess, Finn, and Mabry, and their dog, Luna.
Courtney Bauer, MA, CCC-SLP
Courtney Bauer, MA, CCC-SLP, is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Master of Arts after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from University of Southwestern Louisiana. Courtney comes to Building Blocks with over 20 years of experience working with both children and adults. She has specialized training in motor speech disorders, Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, AAC devices, and Picture Exchange Communication System. She is also experienced in dealing with a variety of communication needs including early language deficits, Apraxia, articulation impairments, fluency disorders, pragmatic/social skills deficits, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, and feeding/swallowing and voice disorders. During her free time, Courtney loves to spend time with her husband and two children.
Mary Shaw, DPT
Mary graduated in 2014 from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University in 2019. Mary treats children with a variety of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and developmental disorders. She particularly enjoys working with pre-crawlers and pre-walkers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Caroline Kidder Lanier, MS, CCC-SLP
Caroline comes to Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy with 4+ years experience working in a variety of settings including schools, acute care, inpatient rehab, and home health. She received her Bachelors and Master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Mississippi and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. Caroline has several specialized trainings and treatment areas including Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, motor speech disorders, and neurological diseases. In her free time, she loves to watch her son play sports, cheer on the Ole Miss Rebels, and spend time outdoors with family and friends.
Tiffany Porter, PTA
Tiffany is a Physical Therapy Assistant and graduated in 2019 from the University of Mississippi with a BS in Exercise Science. She received her Associates in Applied Sciences from Concorde Career College in 2021. She has a passion for working with children and helping them reach their gross motor milestones. It brings a smile to her face when she sees her patients smile! In her spare time, you can find Tiffany cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels and the Memphis Grizzlies.
Hannah Colvin, OTR/L
Hannah is an occupational therapist and has worked in a variety of pediatric settings for over 8 years. She loves using playful and meaningful activities to help kids become more comfortable and confident in moving their bodies. She has a special interest in sensory integration and primitive reflex integration. In her free time, Hannah loves spending time with her family, reading, and exercising.
Amelia Kellar, OTR/L
Amelia completed her undergraduate education at Troy University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. She received her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Creighton University and has been working in pediatrics for 7+ years specializing in sensory integration and neurodevelopment. She holds an advanced certificate from the University of Southern California in Sensory Integration and has a passion for growing skills through play, child-led exploration, and neuro-affirming treatment. In her free time, Amelia enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, playing with her crew of dogs, and reading.
Jordan Watts, COTA/L
Jordan received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University before attending Holmes Community College for occupational therapy assistant school in 2020. She is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and began her career in a skilled nursing facility before transitioning to work in pediatrics. She has a passion for kids and helping them achieve their goals through client-centered treatment. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being at the lake, and cheering on the Bulldogs.
Jennifer Costley, COTA/L
Jennifer completed her education through Concorde Career College in May of 2021 with an Associate of Applied Science undergraduate degree where she shortly after began working for Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy serving her passion for working in pediatrics. Jennifer is currently licensed and registered in the states of Mississippi and Tennessee and holds a national certification through NBCOT and is an SOS trained clinician addressing feeding disorders. She has completed two fieldwork rotations with one being in a pediatric setting. Jennifer currently provides clinical care and assists in the implementation of sensory integrative and therapeutic activity interventions. She is passionate about advocating for those who find it difficult to advocate for themselves and to help educate others about the importance of acceptance and inclusion. During her free time she loves attending church, spending time outdoors with family / friends , her dog Brody, and traveling to the beach when she can!
Hannah Bailey, COTA/L
Hannah received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Delta State University before attending Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for occupational therapy assistant school in 2020. She has been working in pediatric settings for 3 years, in both Florida and Mississippi. She has always loved working with kids, helping them reach goals and build confidence in themselves. She is passionate for educating others on the importance of understanding and advocating for the needs of others. During her off days she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places and going to the gym.
Regan Bentley, MS, CCC-SLP
Regan is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist with 4+ years of experience and is an SOS trained clinician treating feeding disorders. She received her master of science degree from Abilene Christian University. She has 3+ years of experience working with children in the school setting and private practice. She has experience working with children with articulation and phonology disorders, fluency disorders, pragmatic deficits, childhood apraxia of speech, and varying degrees of language disorders. She loves helping children reach their fullest potential. Regan is a new mom and enjoys spending time with her family.
Taylor Tapp, MS, CCC-SLP
Taylor graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2023 with a Master's degree in speech pathology and is an SOS trained clinician treating feeding disorders. She is so excited to begin her career working at Building Blocks and getting to meet you and your family! During her free time, she is a photographer, loves spending time with her friends & family, attending Ole Miss sporting events and hanging out with her golden doodle puppies!
Lilly McElreath, CF-SLP
Lilly, from Oxford, MS, recently graduated with a Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi. She is dedicated to pediatrics, with a special focus on early language development, fluency, pragmatics, and pediatric feeding disorders. Her clinical experience spans from early language development classrooms and public schools to acute care settings treating both adults and pediatrics. Eager to start her career, Lilly looks forward to working with both her clients and their families. In her downtime, she enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and taking walks with her fiancé and their two dogs.
